KEVA Build It Up! at Da Vinci Science Center (FAMILY)

KEVA Build It Up! will be an interactive visitor experience in which curious minds of all ages can enjoy showing off their design and building skills using the popular KEVA planks. Visitors also will be able to compare their creations with the works of others through photographic representations at the Center, and on its website and Facebook page. KEVA Build It Up! is included with paid Da Vinci Science Center admission.

The Dave Vukovic Fund (FUND RAISER)
Location: Penn Forest Vol. Fire Co. # 2 Albrightsville

Volunteer Firefighter Dave Vukovic from Penn Forest Vol. Fire Co. # 2 was injured at a dwelling fire suffering multiple injuries and will require several months of rehab. The Fire Company is accepting donations to The Dave Vukovic Fund sent to P.O. Box 125 Albrightsville, PA 18210. Any donation would greatly be appreciated.

Penn Forest Vol. Fire Co. # 2 will be hosting a Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday March 3, 2012 from 4-7pm. Cost is $8.00 per adult and $4.00 per child. Included spaghetti dinner,salad,bread,beverage and dessert. All proceeds will go to The Dave Vukovic, injured firefighter.

Kids in the Kitchen (Health & Wellness)
Time: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Location: Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley

Family meal times can be hectic during a parent or sibling’streatment. Meal preparation is a wonderful way that children and teens can offer help and stay connected during these busy times. To make sure this is a safe experience, a local chef from Kremmer’s Cafe & Catering, LLC will be teaching us kitchen safety rules while creating a healthy, simple menu. Parents, children and teens are invited to attend. RSVP is required. The location of this program is 1901 South 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103.
